FISH-it presents a searchable database for more than 20 fish transcriptomes. The present database collects assembled data from divers fish species from public repositories of mRNA, collections of expressed sequence tags, divers species specific transcriptome databases as well as data retrieved from in-house sequences projects.

From the Home page the user may search for a transcript by an accession number or a sequence name or by the common or latin name of an organism.

The user may browse all teleost organisms or all genes that are contained in the FISH-it database.

Additionaly the user may blast the FISH-it databases.
